Curb Appeal Is A Must

Curb Appeal Is A Must

When you are browsing the internet at homes, whats the very first picture 90% of the time? The front of the house, that is your very first impression of the homes you see online. Now if the front of the home is boring, lacking color, dirty, over grown and just a mess how many times would you just skip onto the next one and not even give the inside a chance? Most people say 100% of the time.

Here are my top 3 Curb Appeal Must do's before you list your home for sale:

1. FLOWER BEDS: Weed, Mulch and colorful flowers.

2. PRESSURE WASH: Driveway, Side Walk and Siding (Don't forget never pressure wash your windows)

3. PAINT: Make sure you repair any rotten wood and paint. I suggest updating the color to something more modern for example, if your home is still Hunter Green or Burgandy, it likely needs a fresh coat. (Bonus Tip: If you have this color combination anywhere in your home its time for an update)
