My very best friend has been writing her own blog for a while now, she always writes these "currently" blogs and I love them, so I decided I will be doing a monthly "currently" blog regarding all things personal and real estate related in my life. Here goes nothing!
Currently Wondering(Real Estate): What is going to happen with these interest rates? One thing we know for sure, interest rates are unpredictable. According to Brian McNee, a senior bond analyst with MBS Authority, "We are certainly in for a bumpy ride for the remainder of 2013." He also stated "prior to May mortgage rates drifted sideways and were at fantastic levels. But that certainly has not been the case since May 1st and wont be the case for the rest of the year either." So what does that mean for you? BUY BUY BUY! Now is the time to get your money's worth!
Currently Wondering Personal: Why is coffee so addicting? I just recently started drinking coffee, and let me tell you, it took no time for me to be completely addicted. I crave it at all hours of the day, I go to sleep dreaming about that cup of coffee I will drink in the morning. Well played CC's, well played.
Currently Feeling Thankful (Real Estate and Personal): For all of my amazing and loyal clients. Without you all my business and personal life would not be the same. There is no better feeling than turning complete strangers into great friends. So a special Thanks to each and everyone of you.
Currently Eating: Lait Caramel, thats chocolate from Paris that my amazing broker(s) brought me from their vacation. Someone knows me well. Yumm
Currently Watching: NBA Playoffs, I am really enjoying the Pacers/Heat series, other than game 3 all of these games have been nail biters. I am always pulling for the underdogs and anything to calm down Lebron's ego....so Go Pacers! 28 days till Big Brother 15:)
Currently Working on: I read an article in the REALTOR magazine this week, "30 on the rise under 30." Well looks like I have four years to get myself into that category. So that is my goal from here until I am 30. It was very motivational, seeing men and women all over the country under thirty producing an individual volume of $7 million plus. I was impressed and motivated.
Currently Loving: My garden(s) my mother and I spent all day Saturday working on. Something about flowers just make you happy. I am thankful she was there to help me because if I was doing all that myself, I would still be there trying to make it look right!

Dana was our realtor five years ago when we purchased the home we used as a rental property. When we decided the time was right to sell, we automatically went back to Dana as our realtor because of how smooth the first deal went thru. A few things we took into consideration for going back to Dana were as follows. She's a great listener, she's punctual and optimistic offers great advice , but doesn't push. Another thing is she represents your best interest. She never misses an appointment. She has all the right connections when it comes to getting a house ready for market. In a nutshell she's a great realtor. Will use her again.
